Coos County Community Concert Association
The mission of the Coos County Community Concert Association (CCCCA), founded in 1937, is to build and maintain a membership concert audience through a non-profit organization; cultivate appreciation of the performing arts; and provide a minimum of three programs per concert season. Each year, CCCCA brings in world-class performers various musical and entertainment genres for the community to appreciate. Each year since 1937 (except for the war years of 1943-45), CCCCA has provided for quality entertainment performers to visit Coos County. Season tickets are available to a public membership at affordable prices, with limited tickets available for single performances. In recent years, CCCCA has reinstated an outreach program to provide at least one performance each year to area students. Over 2,000 students from elementary, middle, intermediate and high schools in Coos County have attended outreach performances at the Marshfield High School auditorium since February 2007.
